Reseda is 0-10 against Van Nuys since January of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Reseda Regents will be playing in front of their home fans against the Van Nuys Wolves at 5:00 p.m. Reseda will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps California Rankings (they are ranked 960th, while Van Nuys is ranked 291st).
Last Wednesday, Reseda didn't have too much breathing room in their match against Canoga Park, but they still walked away with a 35-30 victory. The win was just what Reseda needed coming off of a 67-22 loss in their prior contest.
Meanwhile, Van Nuys unfortunately witnessed the end of their 12-game winning streak on Wednesday. They took a 56-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of Kennedy.
Reseda's win ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-8. As for Van Nuys, their defeat ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-2.
