The Livingston Wolves can finally bid farewell to their eight-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They walked away with a 37-29 win over Ripon. The victory was just what Livingston needed coming off of a 59-38 loss in their prior match.
Livingston can attribute much of their success to Isabella Zazueta, who scored 24 points along with five rebounds and three steals. That makes it four consecutive games in which Zazueta has scored at least a third of Livingston's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Adriana Cervantes Molina, who scored six points along with ten rebounds and two steals.
Livingston's victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-13. As for Ripon, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost eight of their last ten matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-14 record this season.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Livingston will take on Hughson at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hughson is coming into the game hot, having won their last three games. As for Ripon, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Hilmar at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
