Norman scored the most runs they've had this season on Thursday, but it wasn't enough. They fell 7-3 to the Piedmont Wildcats.

Norman's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Piedmont, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-2.

Piedmont wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 5-1 win against Guthrie on the 28th. Hopefully Norman paid attention to the Wildcats' match: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Wildcats at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday.
