On Tuesday, the Cabrillo Conquistadores's game was all tied up 21-21 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They came out on top against Paso Robles by a score of 41-33. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Cabrillo.
Rylie Jenkins was her usual excellent self, scoring 16 points along with five rebounds and four steals. She hasn't dropped below two steals for five straight games. Another player making a difference was Jasmyn Hughes, who scored eight points along with two steals.
Cabrillo has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 18-6 record this season. As for Paso Robles, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 14-9.
Cabrillo didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 38-28 victory vs. San Luis Obispo on the 9th. Paso Robles has also already played their next game, a 58-48 defeat against Mission College Prep on the 9th.
