After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Columbine, Chatfield was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They skirted past the Arvada West Wildcats 4-2. The Chargers haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.
Isabella Leech tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run over five innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.
