In what's become a running theme this season, the Trinity Classical Academy Knights gave their fans yet another huge win on Tuesday. They blew past Desert Christian 66-24 at home. Winning may never get old, but Trinity Classical Academy sure is getting used to it with their 11th in a row.
Despite the loss, Desert Christian saw an underclassman step up: Ava Armstrong scored 20 points along with six steals. Armstrong is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last 12 games she's played.
Trinity Classical Academy pushed their record up to 23-3 with that win, which was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 31.8 points. As for Desert Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 12-8.
Trinity Classical Academy will head out on the road to challenge the Seraphs at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. St. Bonaventure will be looking to extend their current seven-game winning streak. Desert Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
