Bullard found their leader in underclassman Sanai Herod, who almost dropped a double-double on 21 points and nine rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Herod has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Caris Williams, who almost dropped a double-double on 13 points and nine rebounds.
Bullard has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 19-7 record this season. As for Righetti, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 14-10.
Bullard will be playing in front of their home fans against Edison at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Bullard has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 262 points over their last four games. As for Righetti, they will head out on the road to take on Orcutt Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Righetti is coming into the contest with three straight losses on the road, meaning Orcutt Academy will have to defend against a team hungry for a victory.
