Polk County extended their winning streak to ten games thanks to a huge performance from Kylie Lewis. The Polk County Wolverines took down the East Rutherford Cavaliers 62-47 on Tuesday thanks in part to Lewis, who went 9-for-10 en route to 20 points and eight rebounds. What's more, she also posted a 90% shooting accuracy, which is the highest she's posted since back in January of 2024.
Reeve Carroll was another key player, putting up six points and three steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last seven games she's played.
Several Cavaliers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Bella Harris, who almost dropped a double-double with 15 points and nine boards. Polk County pushed their record up to 19-1 with the victory, which was their ninth straight on the road. As for East Rutherford, their loss dropped their record down to 10-14.
Looking ahead, Polk County will face off against Brevard at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
