After a string of five wins, Carolina Forest's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They came up short against the Myrtle Beach Seahawks, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Seahawks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

While Carolina Forest was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the third set. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-14, 25-23.

Carolina Forest's loss dropped their record down to 17-7. As for Myrtle Beach, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-2-2 record this season.
