Several Kodiaks players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Azirah Phillips, who scored 12 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Quetiushka Rivera, who had ten points.
The win got Joshua Christian Academy back to even at 1-1.
Joshua Christian Academy's road trip will continue as they head out to face Harvest Community at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Global Outreach Charter Academy, they will challenge Trinity Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Global Outreach Charter Academy will come in still looking for their first win of the season.
