In what's become a running theme this season, the South Pasadena Tigers gave their fans yet another huge victory on Tuesday. They took their match on the road with ease, bagging a 61-19 win over Monrovia. Given South Pasadena's advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 60th, while the Wildcats are ranked 1043rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Leading South Pasadena to victory were Dylan Tse and Kayla Boozer. Tse almost dropped a double-double on 20 points and nine rebounds, while Boozer scored 20 points along with seven steals and six rebounds. Tse is on a roll when it comes to points, as she's now scored 15 or more in the last 23 games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Mia Leach, who scored five points.
