Truckee is on  a four-game streak of home losses, Hug a three-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck is about to change. The Truckee Wolverines will take on the Hug Hawks at 5:00  p.m.  on Friday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.
 On Wednesday, Truckee had to suffer through a rough  58-14 loss at the hands of South Tahoe. Truckee has struggled against South Tahoe recently, as their  match on Wednesday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
 Meanwhile, Hug took a serious blow against North Valleys on Wednesday, falling  61-14. Hug was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at  36-11.
 Truckee has  traveled a rocky road recently having  lost ten of their last 12 matches,  which put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season. As for Hug, their loss dropped their record down to 2-17.
 Truckee came out on top in a nail-biter against Hug  in their previous meeting  back in January, sneaking past  32-29. Will Truckee repeat their success,  or does  Hug have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
