Softball Recap: Saturday's Win Is Sioux Central's Seventh in Last Eight Outings

While Sioux Central put up some runs on Saturday, the same can't be said for Graettinger-Terril/Ruthven-Ayrshire. The Rebels blew past the Titans 7-0. The result was nothing new for the Rebels, who have now won 11 matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Sioux Central is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.6 runs on average over those games. As for Graettinger-Terril/Ruthven-Ayrshire, their loss dropped their record down to 12-9.

Sioux Central wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, an 8-0 defeat against Newell-Fonda on the 30th.
