The Leyton Warriors can now show off ten landslide victories after their most recent match on Saturday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Peetz 76-17 on the road. With Leyton ahead 50-7 at the half, the game was all but over already.
Alexis Gentry and Jaidynn Reiman certainly did their best on Saturday to try and avoid the loss. Gentry scored ten points, while Reiman scored two points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Gentry has scored all season.
Leyton's win was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 16-2. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.6 points per game. As for Peetz, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Leyton and Sedgwick County will face off on January 30th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Sedgwick County is coming into the match hot, having won their last six games. As for Peetz, they will be playing at home against Caliche at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Caliche presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Peetz in Colorado (Caliche is ranked 109th, while Peetz is ranked 294th).
