After flying high against the Bellefonte Raiders last Friday, the Bedford Bisons came back down to earth. Bedford took a 61-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Huskies on Monday. Bedford has not had much luck with the Huskies recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Bedford's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Katie Mcdevitt, who scored 18 points, and Rebekah Costal who scored 13 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kasey Shuke, who scored six points.
Bedford has been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-15 record this season. As for Bishop Carroll, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-10 record this season.
Bedford will look to defend their home court on Thursday against the Lions at 7:15 p.m. Hopefully Chestnut Ridge focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up ten last Friday. As for Bishop Carroll, they will head out on the road to take on the Crushers at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
