Locust Grove won the last time they faced Eagle's Landing and things went their way on Thursday too. The Wildcats were the clear victors by a 10-2 margin over the Eagles. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by eight runs or more this season.

Locust Grove's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-5. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Eagle's Landing, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.
