Westminster kept up with Pace Academy until halftime on Tuesday, but afterwards: not so much. The Knights' defense stepped up to hand the Wildcats a 4-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for Pace Academy, who have now won eight games by three goals or more so far this season.

Pace Academy is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up four goals over those nine contests. As for Westminster, their loss dropped their record down to 11-4.

Coming up, Pace Academy will challenge Woodward Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Woodward Academy will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Pace Academy surely won't give up without a fight. As for Westminster, they will face off against Lovett at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
