After a string of five wins, the Tehachapi Warriors's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They suffered a tough 48-28 loss at the hands of Clovis.
When it comes to explaining why Tehachapi lost, one person who can't be blamed is Jamie Neaderbaomer. Despite the final result, she scored 12 points. Neaderbaomer scored a full 42.9% of Tehachapi's points, the second time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Koree Rodden, who scored 3 points along with 3 steals.
Tehachapi's defeat dropped their record down to 5-1. As for Clovis, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
Tehachapi will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Del Oro at 6:30 p.m. As for Clovis, they will square off against Episcopal at 8:30 p.m. on Thursday.
