Tattnall Square Academy won against Strong Rock Christian last Thursday with six runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Thursday. The Tattnall Square Academy Trojans came out on top against the Gatewood Gators by a score of 6-3. Winning may never get old, but the Trojans sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.
Wyatt Still was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he struck out seven batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off seven hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 2-for-4. What's more, he posted three RBI, the most he's had since back in April of 2024.
In other batting news, Marquez Wilson was excellent, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-3. Those two runs gave him a new career-high.
Tattnall Square Academy's record now sits at 11-2. As for Gatewood, their record now sits at 9-5.

Tattnall Square Academy's pitching crew has only allowed 3.8 runs per game this season, so Gatewood's hitters will have their work cut out for them. Meanwhile, Gatewood will square off against Central Fellowship Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday up 348 places (93 vs. 441).
