Aidan Kastensmidt gave up the fewest walks he has since back in February on Wednesday. He turned in nothing short of a gem, tossing seven innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off six hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.

Kastensmidt's effort led Buchholz over Tate and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
