Karter Pascavis got the start for Columbine and what a start it was: she struck out six batters over 4.1 innings while giving up just one earned (and four unearned) runs off five hits. Pascavis has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one earned run any time she's pitched this season.
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Nina Vargas, who fired off two home runs and three runs while going 2-for-3. That's the most home runs she has posted since back in October of 2024.
