The Tushka Tigers won the last time they faced the Buffalo Valley Buffaloes, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Tushka came out on top against the Buffaloes by a score of 47-40. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Tushka.
Tagen Simon continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 25 points along with seven rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Walt Kerr, who scored five points along with eight rebounds.
Tushka's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-12. As for Buffalo Valley, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-15.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tushka will take on the Bulldogs at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Oklahoma (Calera is ranked 256th, while the Tigers are ranked 270th). As for Buffalo Valley, they will stay at home for another game and welcome the Lions at 7:30 p.m. on February 1st.
