At the plate, Belle Vernon saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Lucas Judy, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one RBI.
Derry's loss dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Belle Vernon, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-6.
