Central barely beat LaGrange the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Lions' pitchers stepped up to hand the Grangers a 15-0 shutout on Friday. The Lions might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 matchups by six runs or more this season.

Central is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 13 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-8 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.3 runs over those games. As for LaGrange, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-9.

Central has already played their next game, a 3-2 victory against Thomasville on the 3rd. As for LaGrange, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Callaway at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
