The Ridgeview Wolf Pack were the 56-46 winner over the Frontier Titans when they last played one another back in January of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. Ridgeview took a 50-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of Frontier. Ridgeview has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Alexis Tinnin was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 24 points and 15 rebounds for Frontier. That makes it four consecutive games in which Tinnin has scored at least a third of Frontier's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Sage Sebastian, who scored 11 points along with three steals.
Ridgeview's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Frontier, their win bumped their record up to 13-5.
Ridgeview will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Bakersfield Christian at 5:45 p.m. on January 12th. Hopefully Bakersfield Christian focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 19 on Wednesday. As for Frontier, they will be playing at home against Garces Memorial at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Garces Memorial comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 17 points in their last three games, a trend the team is of course eager to reverse.
