 In other batting news,  Jaymison Lenk was  incredible,  going 2-for-4 with one  home run and two  RBI. That's the most  hits  she has posted since back in October of 2024.  Sophia Bell was another key player,  going 2-for-4 with two  stolen bases and one  run.
 Westminster Christian  hit smart and  finished the game with only two  strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least five batters  in five consecutive  contests.
The  victory  got Westminster Christian back to even at 6-6. As for Lutheran South, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6-1 record  this season.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming  games. Westminster Christian will take on Lutheran at 4:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Lutheran South, they will square off against St. Pius X at 4:30  p.m.  on Tuesday.
