Roseland Collegiate Prep extended their losing streak to 11 on Tuesday, dropping their season record down to 0-11 in the process. They lost 26-7 to the Sonoma Academy Coyotes. On the bright side, the seven- run performance marked the Grizzlies' highest-scoring match to date.

As for Sonoma Academy, their victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-5. They might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight games by nine runs or more this season.

For Sonoma Academy's part, Sam Tyko was a standout: he went a perfect 3-for-3 with four runs, four RBI, and two doubles. Those three hits gave Tyko a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Brodie Castaneda, who went 2-for-5 with four runs, two stolen bases, and three RBI.

Coming up, Roseland Collegiate Prep will take on Willits at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Sonoma Academy, they will face off against Tomales at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The Braves will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something the Coyotes surely won't give up without a fight.
