The DeLaSalle Islanders can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They blew past Roosevelt 41-0 at home. The result was nothing new for DeLaSalle, who have now won three matchups by 22 points or more so far this season.
Ray James was the offensive standout of the matchup as he rushed for 90 yards and two touchdowns on only five carries.
DeLaSalle's victory bumped their record up to 2-6. As for Roosevelt, their loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their overall record down to 1-9.
DeLaSalle does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Roosevelt is also done with their season.
