Apalachee has gone a perfect 10-0 against Clarke Central recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Wildcats will challenge the Gladiators at 4:30 p.m.
Apalachee is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Jackson County just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Monday. They took a 4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Panthers. Having soared to a lofty 14 runs in the game before, the Wildcats couldn't push the score so high this time.

Everything went Apalachee's way against Clarke Central in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as Apalachee made off with a 9-1 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wildcats since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
