Despite the loss, Liberty still got an impressive performance from Jordan Thompson, who scored ten points. Another player making a difference was Ruby Miller, who scored nine points.
Liberty now has a losing record at 8-9. As for Parkland, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-1.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Liberty will take on Louis E. Dieruff at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Pennsylvania (Louis E. Dieruff is ranked 186th, while Liberty is ranked 197th). As for Parkland, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Whitehall at 7:00 p.m. Whitehall is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak.
