Sage Creek proved they can win big  last Wednesday (they won by 12) and  on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with  a  3-1  win over the Poway Titans. The Bobcats haven't had any issues with the Titans recently, as the game was their third consecutive  victory against them.

 Coming up, Sage Creek will take on El Camino at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. The Bobcats' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Wildcats have averaged an impressive 6.9  runs per game this season. As for Poway, they are taking a road trip to  face off against Bonita Vista  at 10:30  a.m.  on Saturday.
