De La Salle has gone 8-2 against Amador Valley recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Spartans will be playing at home against the Dons at 4:00 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as De La Salle comes in on six and Amador Valley on three.
On Tuesday, De La Salle made easy work of Livermore and carried off an 18-4 win. The result was nothing new for the Spartans, who have now won nine matchups by six runs or more so far this season.
Kaleo Jones looked comfortable as he tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Tyler Spangler, who fired off two home runs, four runs, and five RBI while going 3-for-5. Those two home runs gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Alec Blair, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with three runs and one stolen base.
De La Salle always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .521. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Livermore only posted an OBP of .300.
Dublin typically has all the answers at home, but on Friday Amador Valley proved too difficult a challenge. They came out on top against the Gaels by a score of 4-1.
Elliot De La Torre spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned run on four hits and racked up six Ks.
On the hitting side, Kade Robertson was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double. Aidan Foley was another key player, going 3-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.
De La Salle's victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-3. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.7 runs over those games. As for Amador Valley, their victory bumped their record up to 13-7.
De La Salle was able to grind out a solid win over Amador Valley in their previous meeting back in March of 2024, winning 6-2. Will the Spartans repeat their success, or do the Dons have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
