Evan Moreno Goes Supernova in Robinson Win
Starting off the list is Robinson's Evan Moreno, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Moreno rushed for 205 yards and four touchdowns on only 12 carries. He is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in the last four games he's played dating back to last season.
The victory (which was Robinson's third in a row) raised their record to 5-1. Moreno will try to repeat (or improve) on that dominant effort when he faces off against Connally on Friday.

Jamarion Vincent Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Connally found a leader in Jamarion Vincent as the team took down China Spring on Friday. Vincent showed up in a big way, rushing for 164 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 7.1 yards per carry. The performance once again pushed his average rushing yardage north of 100 yards per game (106.7). He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making four total tackles and defending two passes.
Vincent and Connally will look to defend their home field on Friday against Robinson at 7:00 p.m. The last time Vincent took on the Rockets, he threw for 149 yards and two touchdowns on only nine passes. Can he match (or beat) that performance?

Jabarie Thornton Delivers Best Performance of Season
La Vega was led to victory by Jabarie Thornton, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Thornton picked up 161 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
The win got La Vega back to even at 3-3. Thornton and La Vega will challenge China Spring at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Connally Gets a Boost from Ford in 26-23 Victory
The second Connally player making an appearance here is Braeden Ford, and for good reason. He rushed for 158 yards and a touchdown.

Bryson Roland Dazzles in La Vega Victory
Another La Vega player making an appearance on this list is Bryson Roland. He rushed for 114 yards and a touchdown. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 103 rushing yards dating back to last season.
On the year, Roland has caught 3 touchdowns while averaging 33.2 receiving yards per game.
