After a string of eight wins, the Clairemont Chieftains's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They suffered a tough 5-2 loss at the hands of University City. Clairemont was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as University City apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January.
Clairemont's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-4-2. As for University City, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 8-7-2 record this season.
