Elk Grove can finally bid farewell to their five-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Florin Panthers 41-13. The Thundering Herd's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Elk Grove's victory ended an 11-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-5. As for Florin, they dropped their record down to 1-3 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Elk Grove will be taking part in a tournament against Casa Roble at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Elk Grove has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games. As for Florin, they and Delta will face off at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday without much rest having both just played. Delta will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Florin surely won't give up without a fight.
