After having lost a blowout in their matchup last week, Canby were happy to find some success on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Adrian, sneaking past 14-12. The tight race was right in line with the MaxPreps state rankings' forecast.
The victory bumped Canby's record up to 2-5. Adrian are on a three-game losing streak that has brought their record down to 1-7.
Canby will be staying on the road next week, facing off against Yellow Medicine East. As for Adrian, they will face off against Wabasso.
