The Chatsworth Chancellors will be playing in front of their home fans against the Legacy Tigers at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. Chatsworth's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for nine straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
Chatsworth has not won a game since January 5th, a trend which continued last Friday. They were the victim of a tough 4-0 defeat at the hands of Cleveland. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Chatsworth in their matchups with Cleveland: they've now lost eight in a row.
Meanwhile, neither Legacy nor Roosevelt could gain the upper hand two weeks ago so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.
Legacy's goal came courtesy of
Natalie Talavera, who's now up to five this season.
Chatsworth has traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-13-5 record this season. Legacy's draw gives them a new season record of 9-4-4.
