Cornerstone Christian's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Mecca Alexander, who scored 14 points along with 5 steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Zakara Cooper, who scored 10 points along with 7 blocks and 5 assists.
Cornerstone Christian pushed their record up to 5-0 with that win, which was their third straight at home. They've been dominating during the matchups in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 33.67 points. As for Holy Names, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
