Meanwhile, Bloomsburg's game on Wednesday was all tied up 17-17 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They walked away with a 42-32 win over Warrior Run.
Brynna Zentner was her usual excellent self, scoring 19 points along with nine rebounds and three blocks. That makes it three consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Bloomsburg's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Bella Pistoia, who scored eight points along with eight rebounds.
Loyalsock Township's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-2. As for Bloomsburg, they now have a winning record of 8-7.
Loyalsock Township came out on top in a nail-biter against Bloomsburg in their previous meeting on January 3rd, sneaking past 42-39. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was Zentner, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 11 rebounds.
