Hamilton has gone 10-0 against University recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Hamilton Yankees just played last yesterday, but they'll still welcome the University Wildcats at 4:30 p.m. Hamilton will be looking to extend their current 13-game winning streak.
If University heads into halftime all tied up, they better play a good second half: that's when Hamilton took over last week. Hamilton enjoyed a cozy 68-50 victory over Palisades on Wednesday. Given the Yankees' advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 24th, while the Dolphins are ranked 247th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Hamilton's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jade Fort, who posted 19 points. Fort's evening made it four games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Micah Lemons, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 16 boards.
Hamilton smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 27 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in 21 consecutive contests.
Meanwhile, University hadn't done well against Los Angeles CES recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. University walked away with a 34-21 victory over Los Angeles CES.
Hamilton better keep an eye on Katty Noundjio. She was instrumental in University's win, putting up 20 points. That makes it four consecutive games in which Noundjio has scored at least a third of University's points.
Hamilton pushed their record up to 21-1 with the win, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 38 points. As for University, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-14.
Everything came up roses for Hamilton against University in their previous matchup on Friday, as the team secured a 74-11 win. In that game, Hamilton amassed a halftime lead of 35-8, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Thursday.
