Pitman got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Dailynn Greener out in front who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 11 rebounds. Greener is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down nine or more in the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Aiyana Hosep, who went 5 of 10 on her way to 13 points.
Pitman smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 25 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive boards in three consecutive matchups.
Meanwhile, Hughson had to suffer through a 67-36 loss at the hands of Central Catholic. The Huskies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Pitman pushed their record up to 4-6 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Hughson, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-7.
