Centennial was forced to take a big loss against they on Monday, they got the better of them on Wednesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Stockdale Mustangs an 11-0 shutout. The Golden Hawks might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 games by six runs or more this season.

Centennial has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 14 of their last 16 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-5 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.4 runs over those games. As for Stockdale, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 17-7.
