In what's become a running theme this season, Kennedy gave their fans yet another huge victory on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 4-0 margin over Laguna Creek. The high-flying offensive effort was a huge turnaround for Kennedy considering their one-goal performance the contest before.
Meanwhile, Elk Grove's last game on Friday was all defense as neither team scored a goal. Neither they nor Jesuit could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 0-0 draw. The result kept Elk Grove happy, as they haven't lost a game since January 17th.
Kennedy's win bumped their record up to 9-7-4. Elk Grove's draw makes their record 7-4-8 on the season.
