For the first time this season, Rancho Cucamonga will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They will host the Upland Highlanders/Scots at 3:15 p.m. on Monday. The timing is sure in Rancho Cucamonga's favor as the team sits on eight straight wins at home (dating back to last season) while Upland has been banged up by 11 consecutive losses on the road also dating back to last season.
Rancho Cucamonga is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They put the hurt on Riverside Prep with a sharp 13-2 win on Friday. The high-scoring effort was just what the Cougars needed considering they were shut out in their previous match.
