The Calistoga Wildcats scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Wednesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Valley Christian 64-19 at home. Calistoga has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five games by 21 points or more this season.
Denise Trejo had an outrageously good game as she scored 11 points along with two steals. Nayeli Cortez was another key contributor, scoring eight points.
The win got Calistoga back to even at 8-8. As for Valley Christian, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.
Calistoga the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome Tomales at 5:30 p.m. on January 19th. As for Valley Christian, they will head out on the road to face off against Head-Royce at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
