Bentley the Cardinal is one tough guy - but he's gone missing from the Internet lately.

We're sure that Bentley the Cardinal is a nice bird. But don't mess with him: He works hard to protect his turf at
Benton (St. Joseph, Mo.), hunting down dogs and doing one-handed pushups along with boxing workouts.
The only question we have is: Where did Bentley go?
The mascot for Benton High was a social media beast in recent years, making appearances on
Facebook and YouTube. Our only explanation is that maybe he just worked so hard to "Pound the Hounds" for Homecoming 2011 and to beat rival Lafayette in 2012 that he needed some time to recover.
