After only eight points in their last matchup, Linden made sure to put some points up on the board against Marion on Friday. The Patriots took their game with ease, bagging a 36-0 victory over the Rams. That 36 point margin sets a new team best for the Patriots this season.

Linden got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Jeremiah Brown out in front who rushed for 71 yards and one touchdown on only nine carries. Kareem Rembert was in the mix too, providing the Patriots with two TDs.

Linden has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 6.0 points on average over those games. As for Marion, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Linden will head out to challenge Holy Spirit Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Marion, they will venture away from home to take on Hatch at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Rams will be up against the Bobcats' rather soft defense (which has allowed 25.83 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
