Despite the defeat, San Bernardino saw an underclassman step up: Laniah Porter scored 11 points along with seven blocks and five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Jasmine Ramirez, who scored eight points.
Jurupa Valley's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-17. As for San Bernardino, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-8.
