Alhambra fell victim to Miramonte's stalwart defense on Tuesday and couldn't make it onto the board. They fell just short of the Matadors by a score of 1-0.
Meanwhile, after a string of four wins, Clayton Valley Charter's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell 3-1 to Las Lomas. The game was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but Clayton Valley Charter couldn't quite close it out.
Alhambra's loss dropped their record down to 8-4-4. As for Clayton Valley Charter, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-2-3.
