Rock Canyon came tearing into Monday's game with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.6 runs), and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Highlands Ranch Falcons as they made off with a 24-4 victory. The Jaguars might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven contests by six runs or more this season.

Cadence Laferriere made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she tossed 1.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in strikeouts (three). She was also solid in the batter's box, going a perfect 2-for-2 with three RBI and two runs.

Rock Canyon was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .412. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .323 or higher in six consecutive matchups.
